The 5% openness solar roller shades feature a 38mm thickened aluminum alloy roll tube, providing a stronger load-bearing capacity and ensuring the shades remain level when pulled down, without tilting. The bottom-weighted aluminum alloy lower beam provides sturdy support for the fabric, preventing any shaking or instability.

Installation and maintenance are straightforward with our light filtering roller shades. The shades are secured with screws to mounting brackets on both sides, and the polyester fabric is easy to clean, with a soft, light texture that is resistant to dust accumulation and fading from prolonged sun exposure.

For inside mounting, we recommend a minimum window frame depth of 2 inches, with the width of the blinds being 1/4 inch less than the window and the height 2 inches longer. For exterior installation, we suggest adding approximately 4 inches to both the width and height for better window coverage.
